Senior Pastors and Apostolic Overseers
Dr. Russ and Rev. Mave Moyer are presently missionaries/evangelists in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Russ is the founder and president of Eagle Worldwide Ministries. Since his arrival in Canada in October of 2000, he has established the Eagle Traveling Team which has visited more than 180 churches in North America, Europe, and the Caribbean. He also founded the Eagle Worldwide Retreat and Revival Centre, a beautiful 50+ acre parcel of ground in Copetown, Ontario where annually Summer Camp Tent meetings July through Labour Day along with special conferences and events such as Parade of the Nations, School of the Prophets, and The Elisha Leadership Mentoring Intern Program for youth and young adults.
Reverend Mave Moyer is an ordained minister, and she ministers alongside her husband. She is the governing official for the Eagle Worldwide Network of Ministries, a spiritual covering for licensed Christian Workers, ministers, churches, missionaries, and para-church organizations. Pastor Mave is an anointed teacher and preacher, with a heart to deliver a “Now word” to the Body of Christ. She moves powerfully in the gift of faith, healing, and the prophetic. She is also a gifted singer and poetic psalmist who brings forth “the song of the Lord.” She has had the privilege to work and travel with Joan Gieson, a healing evangelist who founded Ministries of Love out of St. Louis, Missouri. Mave attended Rhema Bible Training Centre in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Associate Pastors
Vince and Mary Nero flow in the apostolic anointing. They have been instrumental in birthing new churches and marketplace ministries under Eagle Worldwide Ministries. They operate in the prophetic, deliverance, and healing anointings, and have seen God do some amazing miracles, especially among the gypsy Roma people they pastored in the Toronto area. Vince is active in Men’s Ministry and is the President of the Full Gospel Businessmen’s local Ancaster chapter. He also owns and operates Eagle Landscape and Design Inc., and has recently launched a new on-line landscape store.
Mary has a heart for intercession and marketplace ministry. She has a strong prophetic gifting and is active in Women’s Ministry.
Young Adult/Youth Pastor
Nellie Balandowich is the Associate Pastor for youth and young adults. Nellie was part of the original birthing team for Ignite Burlington, facilitating to bring a five fold ministry to Burlington, Ontario. She is a passionate prophetic associate pastor with Eagle worldwide Ministries. Nellie graduated from Spirit Ministries Training Centre as Valedictorian and was Ordained under Eagle Worldwide Ministries.
Nellie has lived for the past 21 years in the City of Burlington and has a heart to raise awareness for spiritual mothers and fathers to come forth to help raise a generation of youth and young adults. God has also called her with a desire to bring the people of God into a realm of supernatural revelation. Saved at the age of 24, her testimony is inspirational, as God transformed her life and then later on propelled her into a deeper walk with God during her divorce. She has two beautiful girls who are young adults.
